Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

As our Director of operations, you'll be the champion of our production team, driving efficiency, quality, and a culture of winning. You'll be the mentor and guide for our Production Managers, ensuring every project is a success. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Win: Lead, manage, and inspire a team of high-achieving Production Managers. Hire, train, and develop your team with a focus on growth and success. Oversee the hiring of our talented paint crews, ensuring we have the best team in town.
• Project Champion: Help with scheduling and launch 1-2 projects a week. Oversee weekly job closeouts, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Customer Success Advocate: Handle any customer challenges with a "can-do" attitude. Conduct ride-alongs and ensure warranty work is impeccable. We're all about customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
• Administrative Pro: Manage the materials budget, order supplies, post job ads, manage our online reputation, and monitor payments. You'll keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine.
• Growth & Development: Lead weekly Production L10 meetings, join Leadership L10 gatherings, and conduct PM training sessions. We're committed to continuous learning and growth.

What You Bring to the Team:
