Opportunity Overview:

We are seeking experienced and dependable painting subcontractors to join our network. As a subcontractor with Five Star Painting, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from residential homes to large commercial properties. We value professionalism, quality workmanship, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Painting Services: Perform high-quality painting services, including interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, and finishing.
• Surface Preparation: Ensure all surfaces are properly prepared, including sanding, caulking, and priming, to achieve a flawless finish.
• Clean-Up: Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring all areas are left in pristine condition after completion.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and ensure work is performed in a safe and efficient manner.
• Client Interaction: Communicate professionally with clients on-site, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Project Management: Coordinate with our project managers to ensure timely completion of projects within the agreed-upon schedule.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional painting experience in residential and/or commercial settings.
• Skills: Proficient in all aspects of painting, including surface preparation, brush, roller, and spray techniques.
• Licensing: Must have a valid contractor’s license and insurance in the state of New Jersey.
• Tools: Must provide your own tools and transportation. Paint and materials will be provided by Five Star Painting.
• Reliability: Demonstrated ability to complete projects on time and to high standards.
• References: Provide references from previous clients or employers who can attest to your work quality and reliability.
