The Opportunity

Five Star Painting is not looking for employees. We are seeking high-capacity project partners. We provide the high-volume lead flow and the paint; you provide the professional crew, the technical mastery, and the business infrastructure. We represent a premium brand—our partners must match that standard in documentation, digital accountability, and finish quality.


The "Big Four" Mandatory Compliance

Do not apply if you cannot produce the following documentation within 24 hours of request:


  1. General Liability: $1,000,000 minimum per occurrence.
  2. Workers’ Compensation: Proof of active policy (Naming us as Holder).
  3. Active W-9: Registered Business Entity (LLC or Corp).
  4. Identity: Valid Photo ID for the Business Principal.

Operational Standards (The Price of Entry)

  • Digital Accountability: We utilize CompanyCam for all project tracking. If a project is not documented with Prep, In-Progress, and Completion photos, it does not exist for payment purposes.
  • The 24-Hour Punchlist: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for quality lag. Any identified defects must be remedied within 24 hours.
  • Net 21-28 Payment Cycle: We partner with solvent businesses that manage their own cash flow. Payments are issued 3–4 weeks post-completion. We do not provide draws, advances, or deposits.

Technical Requirements

  • Crew Capacity: Must lead a consistent crew of 2–4 skilled painters.
  • Equipment: Full professional setup including sprayers (HVLP/Airless), ladders, scaffolding, and unmarked professional transport.
  • Specialization: Mastery in interior/exterior, cabinet refinishing, and specialized coatings.
