Five Star Painting of Toms River & Manahawkin-LBI is looking for a sharp, organized, and people-first operator to power our next phase of growth. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, loves follow-up, and wants to be part of a purpose-driven company transforming homes and building legacy.

- Love follow-up, organization, and making people feel seen

- Have experience with CRM systems, scheduling tools, or customer communication

- Want to work part in-office (2-3 days/week) and part remote

- Are energized by helping a local business scale to $1M+ and beyond


**What you’ll do:**

- Manage incoming leads and track all follow-ups

- Schedule estimate appointments and coordinate job starts

- Communicate with clients post-job to gather reviews and payments

- Keep the project calendar organized and up-to-date

- Support Jonas (Owner) by preparing reports, chasing quotes, and prioritizing leads


**Requirements:**

- Strong communication skills (written + phone)

- Excellent organization and time management

- Proficiency with software tools (CRM, spreadsheets, messaging)

- Prior experience in service businesses or administrative roles a plus


**Schedule:** 

20-30 hours/week. Flexible hours. Hybrid setup: 2-3 days in office (Toms River location), rest remote.


**Pay:** 

$18-$20/hour depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses
