What You’ll Do

• Meet with clients for on-site painting consultations
• Create and present professional estimates using our streamlined process
• Follow up with leads and close deals quickly and confidently
• Represent the brand with professionalism and strong communication
• Coordinate with production to ensure a smooth hand-off of projects

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who can close
• Experience in painting, home services, or construction sales preferred
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Knows how to build trust quickly with clients
• Familiar with CRM tools (we use Core and Broadly)
• Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle
