As a Sales Representative, you will start your day at our office at 9 AM, Monday through Friday, and then transition to the field to visit prospective job sites. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships by understanding and addressing customer needs.
• Accurately measure and estimate job costs, confirm services, and clearly communicate expectations.
• Prepare detailed proposals, schedule color consultations, and diligently follow up with clients.
• Promote Five Star Painting to support our marketing efforts and generate referrals.
• Close new business deals to drive our company's growth.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building relationships.
• Effective communication skills, with a focus on clarity and customer satisfaction.
• Detail-oriented and organized in delivering estimates and proposals.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and grow through our proven sales system and ongoing weekly training.
• Proactive lead generation skills, including door knocking, cold calling, and referral generation. Post-training, you will still be responsible for generating additional leads.
• Reliable transportation for travel to the office and customer locations every weekday at 9 AM.
• Work a rotating Saturday schedule with the other estimators in the office.
• A college degree is preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of prior experience with in-home service sales is preferred.
• Residency in the South Bend/Niles/Elkhart area.
